Membership Application
The Maryland Statewide Independent Living Council (MSILC) was established in 1987. The federally mandated Council is a planning and advocacy organization mandated to promote the Independent Living Philosophy and access to services across Maryland. The Council is composed primarily of individuals with disabilities, representatives of advocacy groups, and service providers from public and private agencies, all appointed by the Governor. We are dedicated to maintaining strong consumer participation and representation on the Council. Resources are available to reimburse members, to make it possible to participate in MSILC's activities. Click here to download the membership application
